ELECTRICAL: Allen Bradley (AB) discontinued the line of electrical components that we used on our Bi-Cutter. Although we have some motor starters in stock at this time, these parts are no longer available with AB. AB makes a similar system that we are currently using. These new components are not interchangeable but may be easily retrofitted.
AFTER SALES ISSUES: During a recent visit with a customer it came to our attention that customers’ do not realize that we will help solve any after sales issues that may arise such as: runners bridging in the hopper or the need for evacuation systems. Our sales and service department will gladly work with you to keep your granulators working well.
NEW, LARGER FINE SEPARATOR SYSTEMS: We have developed a new Fine Separator System (FS) that will process up to an estimated 1000 pounds per hour. This is meant for central Fine Separation. It is in the final testing stages and should be available within the next 8 months.
BI-CUTTER BUY-BACK: We are always looking to purchase our Bi-Cutters. We rebuild these units and resell them. If you have units you no longer need or would like to trade-in towards a new purchase, please contact us.
REBUILD OPTIONS AVAILABLE: We rebuild your Bi-Cutter and S-Cutter screenless granulators to like-new condition. Please contact us for more information.
PLEASE REMEMBER: It is very important to keep Bi-Cutters is safe, good working order. By maintaining it properly, you will reduce the overall costs and preserve the quality of regrind. Preventative Maintenance should be performed every 3 to 4 months or as needed. Refer to your service manual before completing any service on the Bi-Cutters.
